This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and embeds nothing from third parties. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Who is responsible

Anfrimil Establishment, Gapetschstrasse 91, 9494 Schaan, Principality of Liechtenstein, is the controller for the processing described here. This site and bellasell.com are operated by the same company, which is why the contact address is on bellasell.com. Register details are in the imprint. You can reach us at hello@bellasell.com.

What happens when you open this page

Our hosting provider records each request in a server log. The entry contains your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, the referring page and your browser's user-agent string. This is technically necessary to deliver the page and to detect attacks and faults. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log entries are deleted after 14 days. We do not merge them with other data, and we do not use them to identify you.

If you write to us

If you send us an email, we process your address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message in order to answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or the steps prior to entering into a contract where that applies (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep the correspondence for as long as it is needed for the matter and for as long as the law requires us to, and delete it afterwards. We do not pass it to anyone else unless we are legally obliged to.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States, acting as our processor under Vercel's Data Processing Addendum. The site is served from Vercel's European region, so requests are normally answered from servers inside the EU. Because Vercel is a company in the United States, access from outside the EU cannot be ruled out. That transfer is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, which Vercel's Data Processing Addendum incorporates (Schedule 3).

What we do not do

We set no cookies and use no comparable storage on your device. We run no analytics, no advertising pixels and no A/B testing. We load no fonts, scripts, maps or videos from other companies — everything on this page comes from our own server. We do not profile you and we make no automated decisions about you.

Your rights

You have the right to obtain information about the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data deleted, to have processing restricted, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to receive your data in a portable form. Write to hello@bellasell.com and we will answer within one month.

If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Data Protection Authority of the Principality of Liechtenstein (Datenschutzstelle, Städtle 38, 9490 Vaduz), or to the supervisory authority where you live or work.

Changes

This site is under development, and what it does will grow. When that changes how we handle data, we update this page and change the date below before the new processing starts.
